Born in Hamburg, Germany 30 years ago, Anika Hölting lives and works in Ibiza. It is here that she treats and coaches her exclusive clientele. Well over half of her clients work with her on an all-year-round basis and she regularly accompanies them around the globe. Her evident joy in traveling and innate flexibility means she is able to offer her clients this level of care and commitment.

She also trains her colleagues in the medical profession in "Hot Stone Massage" and "Thai Massage", a revolutionary treatment. In her free time she enjoys a balanced lifestyle in the sun combining mind, body and senses.
