Talamanca Beach,
Talamanca - Ibiza Town, Ibiza

Talamanca beach is situated about 2,5 kilometres north of Ibiza Town. It is very sheltered and shallow sloping with fine sand, making it very safe for families. This beach is the largest in the municipality of Ibiza and lies in a sea inlet which protects it from most winds.

This is a natural beach with some rocky areas on both ends, and looks towards the South East. It slopes gently with only a depth of 1.5 meters at 50 meters from the shore. The sandy bottom and shelter make it a good anchorage for small boats.

Talamanca beach has many restaurants and bars, where you can eat cheaply from the set menus or more up market from any of the more tourist restaurants. There are many hotels around this area but is easily reached by car, bus and ferry.
