The Mar y Playa Apartments are found in Figueretas. Right on the beach separated only by the palm trees that line the lively promenade.

There are two blocks of apartments: Mar y Playa I, totally refurbished in 2007, with air-conditioning and Mar y Playa II modernized in 2000, without air conditioning.

Both have 4 floors and a total of 167 rooms, most with balcony on the promenade. Thanks to its orientation, they enjoy plenty of sun and have excellent views to the sea and the neighboring island of Formentera.

The apartments offer services of 24 hour reception, bar with a pleasant terrace where you can enjoy their range of combination dishes or simply relax with a cool drink and watch world go by. Next to the bar is the pool with a large solarium. There is also a games room with television.
